Introductions
If you ask on the web most would say it is impossible to burn a 360 game on a DVD-R DL. Only works on a DVD+R DL or some manage to burn it but with problems.
Not true, it is indeed possible to burn it on a DVD-R DL
What you need
-mRDL v1.1
- Verbatim DVD-R DL Discs
What you need is this very small application called mRDL v1.1 (download avaiable in 360-hq and in the Forum Topic - see in the end of this tut)
Even your grandmother can do it.
NOTE: This only works on Samsung and Benq Xbox 360 Drives!!
Let's Get Started
1. Run the mRDL1.1.exe and click on the right image
2. Hit "File" and select the .iso (change the .000 to .iso if necessary) Now it should appear as "Xbox2" below.
3. Select your burner from the list and just hit "Start"
4. Now the game is being burn on the dvd-r dl.
I think it is only burnt at 4x because of the time it takes. I was surprised but these dvds actually work better than the DVD+R more silent and faster. (in my Samsung)
5. When its done you will see this (screenshot below):
