I found a couple people getting mad there was not enough room to park more cars well here you guys go i tested this out fully and it works, i found this and did not see it anywhere else so i figured i would get it up for you all. Have fun.
Think 2 cars is not enough for you, ya you could through in some bikes and that in there but here i have the solution for you i have 4 trucks and 1 car in a parking spot and this will show u the proof of not disappearing. Also i went around a few different places also did some missions and they all are still there. Also if you do anything with roman like go bowling or something and have to bring him back to there, once there get out and then jump ontop of the car were the arrow is and its done, if anyone has problems with that. "

I remember playing the other GTA games and wishing they would give you a warehouse to use so you could put as many cars in there as you like. Like having your own private collection
