Call of Duty Ghosts: Eminem Promotion

Call of Duty Ghosts: Eminem Promotion

You may be wondering what in the world do these two things have in common? Well despite the artist being a fan of Call of Duty his newly announce LP titled 'MMLP 2' will be launching the same exact day (Nov 5th) as his debut album.

Call of Duty Ghosts: Eminem Promotion

What better way to promote both the game and his album? As such the song titled 'Survival' has been released about a month ago. The rapper seems to be helping the call of duty series promote sales.

Check out Eminem's new music video Survival which displays game play of Call of Duty Ghosts. Below is the listed music video.

If you are a fan of both the rapper and game this is the music video for you, it shows others dressed in the Call of Duty Ghosts mask as well as Eminem. You also notice the dogs that they used in the game wondering about.

Eminem CoD GhostsComing from a personal opinion I do not think the game will deliver that much hype as most Call of duty releases are just the same thing with shinier layouts. As such I am still very excited to play the game as well as hear some new music!

Call of Duty: Ghosts launches November 5th on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC, and on November 22nd on Xbox One and PS4.

Microsoft Announces $400 Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Bundle

Microsoft Announces $400 Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Bundle
Published by: forahobby on Wednesday, September 08, 2010
    Tagged: Gaming, Hardware, Xbox 360,

Microsoft on Wednesday announced a new Kinect bundle that includes the Xbox 360 250GB and a Kinect game. The bundle will be released in the UK on November 4th for £299.99 and the US version will be coming out November 4th for $399.

Starting Nov. 4, users can purchased the Xbox 360 250GB console, a Kinect sensor, and the "Kinect Adventures" game as a $400 bundle, Microsoft said.

The slimmer, shinier Xbox with a 250-Gbyte hard drive made its debut at the E3 gaming conference in June. The Kinect-ready Xbox include an updated angular case with a glossy finish, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and HDMI. The standalone 250GB console is available now for $299.99, but users will have to wait until November for the Kinect bundle.

Microsoft also announced Wednesday that Kinect will debut in Japan on Nov. 20. It will be on display at next week's Tokyo Game Show.

Microsoft announced Kinect availability and other pricing bundles in July. As a standalone product, Kinect will launch Nov. 4 in the U.S. for $149.99. It will come with the Kinect sensor and "Kinect Adventures."

For a cheaper Xbox bundle option, users can purchase an Xbox 360 4GB console, the Kinect sensor, and "Kinect Adventures" for $299. The 4GB version of the XBox 360 started shipping on Aug. 3 for $199.99.

Fifteen games like "Kinectimals," "Kinect Sports," and "Kinect JoyRide," will also be available at launch for $49 each.

Pre-orders for those bundles are now being accepted at most major retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, GameStop, and the Microsoft Store. Those who pre-order Kinect will get a token to download three exclusive game levels for "Kinect Adventures."

Microsoft did not mention if pre-orders for the Xbox 360 250GB bundle were available; the option does not appear on the Microsoft Store.

    Australia Finally Gets Rock Band

    Australia Finally Gets Rock Band
Published by: wes213 on Monday, September 22, 2008

Here we are playing Rock Band 2 and having a good ol time at it while our poor friends down under just now get word that they will soon get Rock Band 1, for God sake why even bother at this point and what i want to know is why they still pay the full price since the things been out for so long and part 2 is here.

    Rock Band Screenshot 4729

Game Spot has the full details right here: An industry rumour started circulating over a year ago saying that Harmonix-developed rhythm title Rock Band would not be coming to Australian shores to coincide with the Christmas 2007 holiday period launch in the US. The rumblings were given further credence when Charles Huang--cocreator of RedOctane and the Guitar Hero brand--went on record to GameSpot AU in 2007 saying he believed the product would miss its intended launch window in multiple territories outside of North America due to insufficient manufacturing. Sure enough in December last year when the game launched it turned out exactly as Huang predicted and almost a year after going on sale EA was still making announcements at E3 2008 about new European regions due to receive the game. Australia so far has not been one of the listed countries to receive Rock Band and attempts at ascertaining a firm release date or reason for the delay from the game's distributor EA has fallen on deaf ears.

Rock Band, the Harmonix-developed rhythm game that features guitar, drums, and vocals has had a well-documented rough trip to reach retail shelves in Australia. The recent news that Activision had priced and dated Guitar Hero: World Tour for our market made it look as if Guitar Hero would be the first full band game to go on sale down under. EA hit back today announcing Rock Band will be available from November 7 on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii platforms in Australia. The product will be sold in multiple configurations with hardware only bundles on all platforms--consisting of one guitar, microphone, and drum kit--carrying an RRP of A$199.99 ($166.47), the hardware bundle including software will cost A$249.99 ($208.23), and standalone drum kits and guitars will retail for A$129.99 ($108.30) and A$89.99 ($74.99) respectively.

An EA spokesperson was unavailable at time of print to comment on the availability and pricing of Rock Band downloadable content for Australia or an estimated timeframe for the launch of the game's sequel, Rock Band 2.

The news comes only days after Games Conference Asia 2008--Asian version of Leipzig's trade show--where EA Asia Pacific President Jon Niermann confirmed the game would begin shipping to Singapore from September 25 this year.
