You might recall the report i did July 25th 08 titled " Tera Patrick Works With The Saints Row 2 Team " ware i had said that Tera Patrick getting the role of “special producer” sounded like a publicity thing and from the look of this i was dead on with my guess.
As you can see for your self this is just a huge sales ploy of the most shameless kind and drops far below the standers of good taste, I'm disgusted at this pile of pure filth and perversion so to sum it up i say "nice job guys it just sold me on the game."(lol)
If you don't know who Tera Patrick is then get down to your local video store and grab any of her DVDs and check it out, this little hottie has had my eye for some time now and she seems to have her hands in more projects then you can shake a stick at. (no puns intended there)
Now my brain is telling me that this is just a publicity thing but just to make it all look like its on the up and up they went as far as to give Tera her own title of “special producer” and since i find her to be hotter then the chip set in RROD 360 its all good as far as i can see.
VideoGaming247 has also announced that: "Tera Patrick’s going to be appearing for the Saints Row 2 game at Comic Con this weekend, so if you’re in the area go and get her to sign something" and thats what makes me think its a publicity thing, slap a p0rn star in your booth at comic con and you are sure to pack the booth with drooling fans.
This sounds like a gimmick and if it is i would fall for it since she looks hot and Saints Row 2 looks just as hot so check her and the game out as soon as you can guys, and girls if you swing that way.
A new "Saints Row 2 Exclusive Story Trailer" has been released dubbed "Own the Streets". The latest trailer includes some story-line elements and gameplay. Check it out below using the HQ Media Player.
"Saints Row 2" has a much darker and more sinister story that leads your character down a path of betrayal, revenge and redemption against the city that has left him for dead, although we’ve blended that with the same light-hearted humor from the original.

VG247 reports that at an investors meeting at the William Blair & Company in Chicago THQ CEO Brian Farrell had a few words on this game and they all seem vary promising in the way of game play and action, he even went to to describe the game as: “silly, over the top game play.”
On the subject of GTA and its effect on Saint Row Farrell said: “We’re always concerned about GTA as a competitor. It’s a great product, the leader in the genre. But we were actually very pleased when we saw GTA IV. It’s a great game, but they went in this great creative direction [that makes the game] more character- and story-driven,” so it seems Saints Row 2 is less about the story and more about outrages game play which is not a bad thing at all to me.
Saints Row 2 will have lots of features like character customization, down loadable content, larger, richer environment, a unique combat system and a seamless two-player co-op mode.
Saint’s Row 2 is going to be off the chain and that’s not an empty boast. Right now all any sandbox loving gamer can think about is GTA IV and for good reason, but after you’ve claimed Liberty City in the name of Niko Bellic, you might want to take a trip back to the Stillwater and once again tread The Row. In a newly revamped and larger (45%, to be exact) city with 130 playable interiors, you’ll be able to take your revenge on those who wronged you in helicopters, speedboats, jet-skis (a first for any open-world game) and even planes, which can literally plow through buildings!
Plus, there will also be a story mode that’s completely co-op (in yet another first). Furthermore, players will have the option of playing as a character of either gender or as character who has a non-specific gender. Groundbreaking!
Two things are certain; first, in a game where you can crash through buildings in a plane, some uptight politician is going to call it a training simulator for terrorist and second, this game is going to rock!
