Team Ninja's free demo of Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge is now available to download on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3.

The game is scheduled to launch both at retail and via digital download on the 5th of April 2013.
Tecmo Koei announced today that Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, the latest chapter in the famed action series, will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on April 2, 2013 in North America and April 05, 2013 everywhere else.
