Developed at Artificial Mind and Movement (A2M), "WET" throws players into a heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping adventure of double crosses and paybacks in which they’ll take on the role of problem fixer, Rubi Malone. A gun-for-hire, Rubi agrees to fix a wealthy man’s problem by finding and bringing back his wayward son. She thinks the job is going to be cut and dry. She thought wrong.
Your mission to find the man that left you for dead will have you encountering innumerable adversaries in a variety of settings. Throughout the various cities you’ll visit – from London to Hong Kong – you’ll find yourself in spacious arenas where you will master shooting and sword play while dramatically jumping, flipping off of poles or your opponents, running on walls and sliding down ladders. Additional levels include car-hopping, Boneyard Challenges and ‘Rage Mode’, all of which add to the intense nature of this incredibly fast-paced shooter.
Featuring top-notch voice over performances from Eliza Dushku (as Rubi Malone), Malcolm McDowell (as crime lord Rupert Pelham) and Alan Cumming (as villain Christopher Sorrell) , "WET" offers up a perfect mix of violence and humor set against a stellar soundtrack and original score, both of which capture the game’s cool, retro-70s grindhouse vibe.
Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced the release date and new screenshots from the highly anticipated downloadable game Zombie Apocalypse.
Coming to Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft on September 23 and the PlayStation®Network on September 24, Zombie Apocalypse drops players in an epic battle between the dead and the living!
Equipped with ample artillery, players' dual analog stick shooting skills will be put to the test in the thrilling arcade style shooter. As gamers set forth on their mission to conquer zombies, they can choose from up to 11 diverse weapons including assault rifles, flamethrowers and teddy bears filled with C4 explosives. A chainsaw is also available to players who want an up close and personal encounter with the roaming dead. Savvy players can also take advantage of their surroundings as they utilize environmental hazards to destroy massive hordes of zombies.
Players navigate through seven environments and fight their way through 55 days of zombie attacks without becoming a brainless zombie. Should they succeed, they will be rewarded with seven challenging game modes that will enable them to re-live the apocalypse all over again. As an added bonus, gamers do not have to face the evil masses alone as multiplayer capabilities allow up to four shooters to take on the zombie confrontation locally or co-operatively online.
Well it has happened again. The Australian Censorship Board has refused to classify a game due to excessive violence, Highlighting a need for a R 18+ Classification for games in the land down under.
The Australian government has refused classification to the upcoming zombie shooter's "realistic, frenetic and unrelenting violence." Because the Australian ratings system doesn't offer an 18+ rating for games, Left 4 Dead 2 joins the growing list of games banned by the government.
While Valve is unlikely to look upon this decision favorably, it can turn this ban into a marketing bullet point. The first game received a MA15 rating, meaning Left 4 Dead 2 must have a totally noticeable and sequel-worthy increase in violence.

With all the news and video out right now about the Natal it's no surprise that it has generated a huge buzz and apparently a need for more staff on the Natal team, looks like there working over time to get this system to the point Microsoft wants it.
Microsoft Game Studios is in the process of “building a new team” to create franchises using its Natal motion sensning technology.
Seeking candidates with “a wide array of specialties,” the company has posted 18 Natal positions on its job board since the end of August. It’s currently looking for producers, developers, engineers, artists and audio staff to be based at MGS in Redmond, Washington.
First announced at E3 in July, the Natal sensor tracks body movement in 3D using an RGB camera, depth sensor, multi-array microphone and a custom processor running proprietary software.
Designed primarily to capture the non videogame playing market, Microsoft has stressed the importance of not rushing the technology to market, insisting that it needs to ship with a strong software line-up. Natal has yet to be given a release date, but is expected to launch next year.
"It's the highest compliment to the team and our fans to have a special themed Xbox 360 console...The precision and detail that's been put into the console captures the intensity and feel of 'Modern Warfare 2.' We can't wait for our community and fans around the world to see for themselves on Nov. 10Indeed, as the newly-minted Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 console will ship with a 250GB Hard Drive, two Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers, as well as an Xbox 360 Headset and a Standard Edition copy of "Modern Warfare 2" for $399.99.
A few multiplayer details are also being revealed. What we have so far is that 4 kills nets you a care package (an ammo and health drop via heli), 5 kills and you receive the option to use a predator missile, 7 kills enables the attack helicopter, etc. Also new to the series is ‘Tactical Insertion Equipment’ which allows you to place a mark where you will respawn. Word has also been given on some new perks including Scavenger (think looting but in an online FPS), Hardline (1 less kill is required for kill streak rewards), and Copycat (the ability to steal a class).
Neither Infinity Ward nor Microsoft has said when the console should reach stores. Microsoft also hasn't confirmed whether it will have any other 250GB versions, though the console maker has gradually been reserving the $399 price point for more and more limited editions, such as the discontinued Resident Evil 5 120GB pack.
