Based upon the mini-game found in Project Gotham Racing 2, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved is a completely redesigened experience keyed for the HDTV owning demographic.
 Evolved is a new twist on the old favorite. It was redesigned for the 360 Live Arcade to enhance the HDTV gaming experience. With all new graphics and added effects, the game quickly becomes an addictive timekiller, almost taking up too much time.
The game play is still similar, however the background has become a scrolling style fighter.
Retro is a look back on the past. Its the same game from PGR2 and is just as much fun.
With numerous videos and stories about this game, it is easy to understand why that 36% who downloaded the demo bought the game (See Related link )
