" this is a rather cheap way to achieve this, but it's the easiest way.
go to the level where the old guy guides you through the reactor. there is a spot where he falls through the old wooden floor boards and there are swarms of glowing wretches underneath. fall down, get 3 or more of the wretches to follow you around then stick one of them with a grenade. you should be able to do this twice, since you carry two grenades, die/restart to the spawn point which is right before the room with the floor boards and repeat. the cluster kills accumulate, so dont worry if you die. Good luck! "
