I'd imagine you'd have to unsolder the button for eject and the adapter for the power board off of the main board. Then solder wires into the main board and solder the other end to the respected places. I'll look into it for you. _________________________________________________________
Yeah I'm pretty sure you could just de-solder the power button off the front pcb and then solder on two wires to your PC power button.
As for the dvd drive eject, it is the little button with a hole in the original metal shielding to the leftmost. I'm not sure how you would go about doing this but my guess is solder two wires to it underneath the board. I'm not 100% sure as I've never done anything like this before, or even seen it. but best of luck!
Best Regards,

wow you have good eyes.... yes the metal caseing from the 360 is in there... i did this for a few reasons... 1.) i could only get one standoff to line up on the 360 mother board and didnt have a tap and die set to make new standoff holes. 2.) that way I kept the original xbox fans and fan shroud for better air movement. What I did to mount it and you might think this is "redneck" lol there are bigger hole vents in the metal case..... I made 4 loops on the four corners of the 360 board and metal case..... then drilled two holes on each side of where those loops were in the mother board tray in the pc case. Then took another nylon tie and put it through the holes and the other nylon tie loop and sinched it up.... this way it is in there very steddy and there is no way for the motherboard to flex because of the metal case.....
and sorry guys my camera sucks thats why the pics do come out very good!!
