With the Tokyo Game Show only one week away, game publishers are beginning to announce their lineups for this year's event, which is expected to be as big (or bigger) than the TGS that took place right before the PlayStation 2's debut. The focus of TGS2005 is the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, and it's been anticipated that some of their games will actually be playable at the show. The latest issue of Famitsu has unveiled a preliminary lineup of next-generation games for the show, and it confirms that a number of them will be playable.

North American retailer Electronics Boutique, which expects Microsoft to ship the Xbox 360 as early as November 2, 2005 for an MSRP of $299.99, has comprised a complete, albeit questionable, list of X360 games for the console launch, IGN learned today from several EB outlets.
The list IGN acquired from EB retailers today, features 21 launch titles, including three first-party games from Microsoft Game Studios -- Perfect Dark LE (i.e. Limited Edition), Kameo: Elements of Power, and Project Gotham Racing 3, approximate pricing, and sku numbers for every game.
Microsoft Japan hosted today in Tokyo the eagerly awaited Xbox Summit 2005, an event that Xbox division head Yoshihiro Maruyama promised it will be a "product unveiling on the scale of E3."
It was expected that several Japanese publishers would confirm their Xbox 360 line-up while announcing new games and exclusive titles for the Xbox 360. We have already reported some exclusive games announced at the event but here's the complete game list.
The next appearance of the console in Asia will be at the Tokyo Game Show in September.
