Major Nelson announced today that Crackdown, the award winning Xbox 360 exclusive will be free for Xbox LIVE Gold members tomorrow August 1st through until August 15th. Blue Castle Games' Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero to follow.

Crackdown is up first starting today, and will be available to Gold members for free through August 15. Then, starting August 16 and running through the end of the month, members will be able to grab both Dead Rising 2 and its prologue, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero.
i have a 48 hour pass, im going to try download dead rising in a few days, unless theres some catch to stop that happening.
how big are the downloads? i have a 25GB hd from a busted xbox im thinking of putting it over unless someone see's a kink in my evil plan?

I already own Crackdown and yes I do like that game. Haven't played it in years lol oops.
