Im gonna be gearing up on the tutorials here in the next few weeks. What I have in store.

2. X-Clamp trick to fix those 3rol boxes. There are many out there but we currently have none. I take my own pictures and write my own tutorials.

6. Add a Vga port to the back of your 360.
7. How to wire leds.
8. Xbox Live Activity / Ethernet Led.

Alright I'm putting this up to inform you of my upcoming shop. Im still awaiting the funds to buy all parts needed for the mods.

My money back guarantee. If you get your product back in a non working fashion, I will require photos, and what its doing/not doing. If I break your system, or it dies on me I will replace the parts out of pocket. I recently worked on a friends 360 and the drive died on me. First thing I did was give him my 360 to use till I tracked down parts. We now share it, and thanks to Jbrizzel for sending me off a broke console that has a good dvd drive.
How it will work, I will pre-mod what you would like done. This way you ship me your stuff and the turn around is me going to the post office and sending it back that day. With system modifications/product installation, you can opt for a trade. It will of course be a non banned system. If your system is still under warranty I will put the warranty sticker in place. I have a connection that supplies these.
Few mods that will be available.
Full on 360 customization. I will install a multitude of parts and or mods of your chosing, and give you one hell of a deal.

Vga mod. I build/cut out on the back of your 360 a vga port.
Controller mod I will do just about anything you would want to a controller. Change the color of the circle of lights, add colored leds to your buttons, put skins on your controller, add buttons. Paint (I use a vinyle dye that will not wear off with time, and still has the feel of the original controller). You name it most likely it can be done. Pricing for replacement leds on your controllers board is 10.00 per controller
Sata mod Seeing as how firmwares recently have been evolving quite a bit, I can cutout a space for a sata connection on the back of your 360, thus allowing you to just plug a sata cable into your 360 and to your computer to flash. No need to open your case. Same thing the aftermarket products do. Just at a fraction of the cost, and it looks pretty nice, can add led's to it as well for that nice glow effect.
Ring of lights rf controler modChange the ring of lights to any dual color combanation you want. I will post the color combos when I finally track down a decent source.
*Update working on getting the correct smd's to do this, and am working out pricing for the smd's. Pricing will be coming very soon. Looking at about the same price for the 360 controller mod, between 10-15.00
3 rol repairWill repair your non warranty 360 with the dreaded 3 red lights of death. Full x-clamp replacment, lapping of your heatsinks(this process is where you sand down the heatsinks surface to provide better contact with your gpu/cpu giving you a boost in cooling preformance). Also will put in cooling mods to flow air better. Unfortunatly there are a few errors that cannot be fixed, if so I will pay shipping back to you, this is the only time I will pay for shipping back. If your system is non repairable, I can sell you a core system for 180. Keep all your cables/hdds and what not and I'll send a system with warranty back. This is just the system, nothing else.
20.00 for x-clamp replacement, cpu/gpu thermal paste removal, as5, and cooling mods.
Molex addon I will add a molex connector to your 360 to allow use of products that require molex's. Tutorial found here.

Product installationKeen on a product but are unsure if you can do it, or don't think all tools to purchase to install are justifiable. I have a vast assortment of tools, and knowledge with installing aftermarket products. Save your money and let me use my tools.

Case windows/etchingEither you give me the design you would like, or I will work with you to design one. I will cut, and flush mount plexi for the window. I will also etch out a design if you would like one as well. The addition of leds is optional.

Missing 3 pin fan connectorI can install the 3 pin fan connector that m$ never put into the system. It can be 5 volt, or 12 volt your choice.

Drive replacement/laser replacement/motor replacement/pot adjustment/drive belt replacementI will preform any of these services for you. If your drive is dead, I will order a new drive and that will be added to the cost. Your old drive will be returned to you, or I will buy the working parts from you, eg.... laser, encloser, motors. Or I will sell it on ebay for a few bucks for you. And subtract that from the total cost. Or if you have an ebay account, and paypal you can put it up yourself, and I will ship it out from here. You pay shipping. If I sell on ebay, I will refund the money made from minus shipping and a 5% charge. I will send you check, postal money order, or paypal.

I'll be happy to support you in any way i can brother, it just kinda sucks for me personally because i never advertised my services on the network (although now i wish i had), even though i have offered services of this sort for a long time, but hey, i guess that's my problem for not advertising it, eh?
I have Shadowdog for example who can vouch for my services rendered, he has sent me a few xbox 360's and i have worked with all of them with 100% results everytime.

Pretty much the same as endless does. Most any solder job that you can think of for nearly anything that can fit into your 360. I personally have a crystal clear case with Talismon whisper fans (red) and the crystal clear fan duct. Yes i know that these are easy to install and require no soldering but the point is that they are my second in a series of mods. I originally soldered my own aftermarket fans into place with red led's in them and did a paint job on the fan shroud to match the case paint job i had at the time, which was a complete Ferrari motif. Red and yellow paint, custom painted faceplate. I also replaced the led's in the RF board on the front of the xbox 360 from red to green. I opened the HDD unit, cut out the center part and installed a window and 6 red led's with a DETACHABLE power cable so the HDD unit can still be removed without any hassle or worry. I did have a 4" red cold cathode neon in hte bottom but i removed that at one point and have since lost part of the power cable for it so i have to find another inverter for it, which i think i might have one lying around the house somewhere.
In short i can do any soldering job that you can think of, can do many many custom creations, including custom lighting and paint jobs in/on the xbox 360 dvd drive itself for illumination of the actual disk spinning, and the same for the controllers too.
I like to come up with innovative ways to customize my Xbox 360 all the time. _________________________________________________________ Predtech
