Can I use a xbox360 dvd drive or even a xbox1 dvddrive connected to my pc to backup games.
I have a working xbox360 dvd-drive that i can remove from a system, I was wondering if I could use this drive to hot swap or just directly download a xbox360 game to my pc for backup. _________________________________________________________ XBOX V1.0 & V1.6b

As far as I know, the 360 drive works fine to backup with. The xbox drive wouldn't work to my knowledge, just get the drive detected in windows and it should work no problems. No hotswap or anything needed. _________________________________________________________

I've purchased a connectivity kit and we'll see how that go's.
