Hey guys I just ran through this and tried it out, I'll post a tutorial before I go to work in the morning. I just got home from work but I wanted to try this before I went to bed. Heres a few photos that I took while playing the game.

I havent taken any shots yet. Having too much fun cruising around as is..
Actually, you guys are making me keen again for a lap..
Step 1: Physically connect your 360 HDD to your PC.
Step 2: Open up the Xplorer360 application.
Step 3: Click Drive > Open > Harddrive or Memcard
Step 4: Click on Partition 3 > Content > (Your ID Folder) > 494707D4 > 00000001
Step 5: Drag and drop photo file to your desktop.
Step 6: Open up the WinHex application, then open your Photo file.
Step 7: Click Tools > Disk Tools > File Recovery by Type.
Step 8: Make sure *.JPEG is selected, and choose an output directory. _________________________________________________________
