i have jasper elite 120gb xbox360 i want to know can it be jtagged and what is the procedure to jtag my console

Go to your xbox settings, system settings highlight over the dashboard or click it dont matter and see if the dash is there if you did the recent update from Microsoft your defiantly not going to be able to do it.
