You seem to think that they accually dont have a returns abuse policy, I was just on the phone to their legal department and need less to say, they watch, and thats all they will tell me, Its just like a credit card, they say no strings attached. I know of alot of HQ members here on 360-hq who are having nothing but troubles with scratching discs on the 360..
Their arent many that bad but it would be good to be able to backup your originals for legitimate purposes especially at the price of them..
personally i just want homebrew.. I couldnt care less about backup's.. I take good care of my investment..
