Hi all,
This thread is a sticky thread which our moderators and adminstrators will keep up-to-date as you all reply with your own info and tips. If you are using a pc application or tool for streaming videos, audio, webcasts and or converting videos let us know what your using..
Video Streaming Tools for Xbox 360 (free) Tversity - I used this tool for over a year and it was one of the best tools i have ever used to stream and automatically convert (on the fly) the vids on my pc then transfers them via your network to the xbox 360 for viewing (Videos Tab). You can configure the output etc and also stream webcasts and internet videos.
Twonky Media Server - I am currently using this media server for my 360 because it is built into my new NAS Server which i debug the HQ site on and use for many other network tasks.. Excellent server when build in to a NAS 1TB DEVICE.. Never used the pc version by itself.

Video Converting Tools for PC VirtualDub (free) - Kick ass tool for converting just about anything you want. All you need to do is install a codec pack and learn how to use the interface..

are there any good free progs. for converting dvd files to avi or mp4 _________________________________________________________
