Hey Cowboy Up what's up dude?? I decided to drop in and respond to your question about 12v on the 360 motherboard. There are several mosfets on the top of the motherboard that are 12v, also under the powersupply you have 12 volts and ground as well.. Here a two links to guide you in the right direction.

well its gonna be a little while b4 i can actually change the case. the old one i have is too small for the mobo so ima try to find a bigger tower. appreciate the links though.
