Well here is how to check. Get a program called rivatuner and install it. Then you need to go to system settings from there (its a side menu) and will be able to overclock the card. The settings that the core clock and memory are at when you first go in is the stock amount. My card runs at 270 mhz core clock and 400 mhz memory clock at stock, and im currently able to overclock it to 310 mhz core clock and 480 mhz memory clock.
Just downloaded that program, mine says 250 mhz core clock, 265 mhz memory.
Do the PCI cards perform better than the AVG? Not that I realy had any problems with mine before it went bad, but I would have liked just a little more power out of it so I could turn graphics on games up just a little bit more.
Nope AGP is a faster bus the PCI, so if you have an AGP version of a card and a PCI version of the same card, the AGP version will outperform the PCI one

Dude - the exact same thing happened to me. I actually played through it 2 or 3 times and got all 1000pts. I was thinking, ok, I'm done with this and sold it on Ebay. About 6 months later I was like, damn, I really want to play that game. I think it still has the best and most realistic faces I've ever seen in a video game (especially at the beginning). I love this game, one of the best so far for the system, and it was an original!!!! You'd think they'd be able to improve games as the generation goes along - instead we got crap like Pro Street!

Agreed.. That's what happens with franchises though..
NFS Underground was the best of the lot.
Really? I liked Underground too but like the cop chases that this game has. Like, I said, I like the graphics too. I'd love to see a NFS game with both night and day races. Anyone know what the new NFS will be like?
