Major Nelson has released last weeks top ten games for both the xbox and the xbox 360 console using xbox live.. :).. Feel free to check out the titles and all the info we have on them in our databases on both the xbox and 360 websites here on HQ..
Also, please try to update your games collections, wishlists and now playing lists.
Im working on making the site more interactive and need all members help to add their games to the site.
Anyway, you can add games to your profiles at anytime by clicking on any game and then selecting the links which say: ADD to: My Games etc etc.
This week, I kick off a new format for the top live list. Moving forward, I’ll provide two lists: One top 10 list for Xbox 360 titles and a separate list for original Xbox games. Both lists are based on WW UU’s on Xbox Live. Sorry, but I can’t share specific numbers or other specifc data.
Gamers can declare their intention to "Finish the Fight" with new apparel at Bungie store.
Gamers will have to wait until next year to "finish the fight" in the highly anticipated Halo 3 for the Xbox 360, but they can already get their hands on the shooter's official shirt. Bungie's official Web store of Halo 3 developer is now offering official T-shirts for the game.
The shirts cost $17.95 and come in medium, large, XL, and XXL sizes. The nearly all-brown apparel
features the game's logo--a lone "3" encircled by a halo--on the front and the text "Finish the Fight" written across the back.

Our pals at Joystiq just got word straight from the horse's mouth about the forthcoming Xbox 360 Dashboard update, and have posted the deets along with lots of screenshots.
The biggest -- and most expected -- news is background downloading, which includes a queue with six slots for all your Halo 3 trailer and pricey Oblivion horse needs. Downloads will pause while you play online to minimize lag, but otherwise will run in the background while you go about your Dashboard business.
Other improvements include a boot to Dashboard function, improved media playback and controls, full USB keyboard support, and an improved Marketplace layout to handle the influx of available content. The update will be available to Xbox Live users "in about a week," and will be eventually be available bundled with retail game discs for those without an Internet enabled 360 (all four of you).
What is this tool?
This Graphical tool allows patching your XBOX and XBOX 360 Game Images with your own Security Sector file at the right addess, making the full process easier, fast and error free. This app is for those who wants to create a game image to play with the Commodore4eva hacked firmware (for xbox 1 or for 360)
There are other important features of the app like:
a) Image Browser, you can view the file structure, copy structure to clipboard, extract and replace files into the game image (dont replace an important file or you will burn a coaster)
b) Browser supports XBOX and XBOX 360 raw dumps, XBOX and XBOX 360 Quix ISO's. (some newer releases from warez groups are not supported because they are releasing in wrong format: Nero ISO)
c) Trim your Raw Images (XBOX and XBOX 360) eliminating the unused extra space from the image, lowering your burn time.
d) Create a XBOX/XBOX 360 Raw Image joining video + game partition
e) Patch your keys onto hacked firmware
f) Retrieve Security Sector from original XBOX/XBOX 360 games (read full do*****ent)
g) Mini DVD-Info Pro, this option combines basic functionality from CloneCD and DVD-Info pro, enough for our purposes so you don't have to switch from one app to another.
h) Create layout files (.lft) for WXRipper, so you can rip your XBOX 360 games in minutes and without the need of calculating any "magic number".
Earlier this week we already showed you the first real-life images of the XCM High Speed Cooler.
Team Xtender now posted the installation diagrams for this product that's not an external addon cooler but instead it's a replacement for the original fans in the Xbox 360 complete with temperature sensors on the CPU and GPU heatsink and an external LCD and buttons to monitor and control the temperature/fan speed. The fan/temp-sensors communicate with the external LCD via infrared, the power required for the high speed fans is taken from the DVD powerplug, the LCD gets power from one of the external USB ports.
Here are some images from the installation guide to give you an idea how this cooler works:
