The Call of Duty ELITE application for Xbox 360 is now available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace.
 Call of Duty ELITE is the innovate new online service that will transform your multiplayer experience. CAREER See thousands of gameplay stats, review recent matches, leaderboards and more CONNECT Connect with the people you want to play with in Groups and Clans COMPETE Show off your skills and creativity in year-round contests and events across all skill levels IMPROVE Tap into intel on weapons and map, stat trackers, and heat maps UPGRADE to the ultimate multiplayer experience with the Call of Duty ELITE 1-Year Premium Subscription to get access to ELITE Premium features and all the Modern Warfare 3 DLC.
The new console app is free to download and allows you to get instant access to the Elite service on your Xbox 360. Download and register for the free or premium subscription service to receive two hours of double XP in your Xbox LIVE multiplayer matches.
The app also features Facebook integration which allows users with Facebook accounts to see and connect with Facebook friends as soon as they log on to Xbox LIVE. You can also invite and manage friends in your lobby.
COD: Modern Warfare 3 released roughly 5 hours ago in Australia and releases everywhere else tomorrow. Contact your local retailer for midnight launch events.
