Looks like Rainbow Six Vegas 2 was not as ready for release as you might think.
While the 360 problems are not as bad as the PS3 version I'm sure you will find them to be a pain in the butt anyway.
Just to name a few the stat-tracking and gamerscore wont function properly and your game data from
Rainbow Six Vegas 1 will not carry over properly causing players the inability to unlock some of the early achievements.
We have no word on when a patch will be out to fix the new found problems but if you find any glitches you asked to report them here:

I guess this shows you cant get all the bugs out all the time and we will do are best to keep you up to date on the subject.
