' CIMTEK Inc., a Canadian company, has worked with Microsoft to design and implement a test strategy and deliver a global “Performance” solution for the most recent release of the Xbox '
CIMTEK utilized a variety of its Professional Test skills, from design for testability to prototype services, to lower the cost of testing. CIMTEK provided five (5) different testers with centralized control and reporting. These testers have been implemented across the manufacturing process and are helping Microsoft meet its production deadlines of moving the Xbox to market before the Christmas season begins.
CIMTEK's solution also incorporates Waterloo's PEER Group, which served to enhance the .NET capability of the remote reporting from China to the US.
