This Friday the 20th July, 2007 "Lost Planet: Extreme Condition" gamers will be able to download Map Packs 1 and 2 for absolutely free.
Normally the additional Lost Planet Map Packs costs Microsoft Points but this Friday it will be free for all. We can also expect a patch to address the online connectivity issues sometime in the very near future.
In "Lost Planet: Extreme Condition", human snow pirates navigate VS (Vital Suits) through hostile ice-covered environments, fighting against the indigenous Akrid creatures for the precious thermal energy they need to survive. For one such pilot named Wayne, death almost seemed imminent until he was fortunately rescued.

The guys over at gizmodo.com have recently released images of a prototype wireless guitar for the Xbox 360 which were spotted at E3.

In addition to having the fantastic Wii Party Station, Nyko also had a bunch of other accessories for all three consoles. First, a wireless Xbox 360 Guitar Hero guitar, which is still in the prototype stage and may not even make it to market. Their guitar may hit a whole three months sooner than the official Guitar Hero III wireless guitar, but there are a couple caveats. One, you need a wired controller to hook the whole thing up.
