Well here is a little update on this. I have cut the window out but now I need to wait till I get a little money to buy the paint and the plexi.
Hey burner, 2 quick things. You should go to your local Home Depot or Lowes, they have 8" X 10" plexi glass with plastic covering protection on both sides for about $3 or $4, and as far as the painting goes, go to any auto store like Pep Boys or Auto zone and pick up a couple of cans of high temp spray paint for real cheap.
Second thing is.... how did you get your cuts so perfect?? I mean man, I've cut MANY cases in my day but i only just realized about a jigsaw but i gotta be honest bro, Michelangelo couldn't have cut those any straighter.
Seriously man, how did you get 'em so good?? I need to definitely need to know that part bro. _________________________________________________________ Predtech

I have a special bit for my dremel it is like carbite or something. It kinda melts the plastic a little, but it will make globs on the edges that if you let harden up you can just break them off then sand the edge with 320 grit sand paper then hit it with 400 followed by 1500 and it will be smooth. I will take a picture of the bit later and put it up. Another thing I have another bit I just bought to cut the plexi and little cuts for the middle pieces with, but I havent tried it yet after I do I will let you know how it works too. Oh and when cutting take your time and keep your hand steady. Also keep the handle of the dremel to the outside of the cut bevels to the inside. Then when you sand it with the 320 grit do kinda hard to knock the edge off of it. Check the pic for and example. If you have the pen attachment then you can just cut straight up and down.

Sweet, thanks for the update bro. I have been working on a case mod for about 4 months now and still can't get around to finishing it, family matters and all that. I'm getting a renewed sense for getting back to it now that i see your work bro.
I am looking forward to seeing it when it's done. _________________________________________________________ Predtech

I need an opinion. I was thinking about doing the side grills and hard drive yellow instead of blue and I was wondering what you guys would think of that.
