You would need a duel layer blu-ray disk to hold that much game lol (it would still be awesome).

I think the future of gaming, and media in general is without any form of optical disc at all, It is either going to be cheap flash drives or huge cheap hard drives, which is going to be awesome because instead of spending 300$+ dollars on blu ray or a disc drive you can spend under 200$ on a large hard drive. Also the future is that if you run out of space, the service (xbox live) will remember you have paid for that so you can make room and redownload it again. That is where the future of gaming/media entertainment is (In my opinion)

I'm pretty sure they said shivering isles was the last big thing. You may get some more small expanstions (like the mages tower), but don't expect another shivering isles.

Fall out 3 is one of those over head type games, I personaly realy dont care for them, allways feel like I have to strain to see everything because you are like 50' above everything.
Dont know if you like Fable but Fable 2 is coming out soon, and is about the closest thing to Elder scrolls I can think of on the 360.
Did you see the video showing MP? freekin awsome, you can invite a friend to come play in your game already in progress, and anything your friend does in your game is permanent, if he kills a guard, he gets you in trouble. they did a demo where the guy played as a woman, married a guy and got pregnant, had the kid and the kid stayed with the dad at the house while the mom (player) went off and did missions.
the guy invited his buddy into his game, while at his ingame house his buddy shot the husband, now the player is a widow and the kid an orphan, who is going to take care of the kid now. They said to be careful who you invite into your world.

Oh hecK ....I found the video, it happens towards the end, but the whole video is pretty cool.

I liked Fable on the xbox but it was quite a restricted game and wasn't a free open roaming gaming. Fable 2 is supposed to be more like Oblivion in that it is a huge open world that you can go and do as you want. Fable 2 looks to be what I want in a game!

There is one other game on the 360 that is extremely similar to Oblivion. It is called Two Worlds. It is a copy in a sense because I sometimes felt like I was playing a sub par Oblivion and it originally sucked a big turd because of dumb things but they fixed many of the issues I believe. Over all, it is quite a decent game and can stand on its own merits. I think the story is interesting enough. I stopped playing due to the many annoyances during game play that pissed me off but since they addressed those problems maybe it is better in that way now.

Fallout 2 does look highly interesting to me. I hate 3/4 view games as well but this one is more of just over the shoulder I think. Maybe like Oblivion and Two Worlds, you can switch the view to your liking. I hope so!

Two Worlds was a great idea just very poorly executed (in my opinion) it had the most glitches and even lagged (single player, multiplayer didn't even work when I played) out of any game I have ever played. I don't know how much they could fix on it because it seems that the base of their code was broken. I also found the quest system in it VERY confusing, with very little direction on where you have to go. The only reason I played it all the way through were the easy achievements (hey I wasn't going to let 60$ not get me any achievements Smile ) After I got the majority of the achievements I traded it in and got something better.

I have really high hopes for Fable 2. personally if they gave us Fable 1 with new areas I'd be happy. but It looks like they've done a lot more and I'll be playing it for a few weeks maybe months on end.

While Fable 1 was great in its own right I was disappointed by it after how it was touted by them of how advanced it was going to be and it didn't even come close to their claims, mainly because of the limitations of the original xbox, probably.

It was still a great game that I did enjoy.

Hay, Fable 2 looks to be 'over the shoulder' as well but it looks very doable to me.

Yeah if you watch the videos about the making of fable 2 they are really calling it the fable they wanted to make but couldn't due to the limitations of technology at the time. I think it is going to be freaking awesome and that youtube video had me lmao! Laughing
