I have to say, if the graphics are as good as some have stated, I think its a fair trade off. Thinking of those horrid graphics isn't fun. In its day it was good, plus I'm not all about eye candy but when they develop it around it I suppose I am. Plus d/l content will put hours on the game, so I'm not worried at all.
With two kids, and a wife its hard to put time into my 360 so I should be good to go by the time the d/l content hits.

I hope the info I got on no flying and the map being smaller than san andreas ( they did not state how much smaller) are false, I got the info off of Wikipedia which is 99% of the time very accurate but you do in some cases get pranksters putting up false info.
Flying is one of the most popular extras in the past games, and everyone is looking forward to and hoping for an even larger map, so it would be a little odd if rockstar took both those aspects away from us.
but I do see how someone might say the map may be smaller if the graphics are as good as the trailers claim, you can only put so much digital info on one disc.
Which Leads me to a question, theoreticly, assuming the game play itself would be the same, would you prefer a medium sized map with great graphics like in the GTA IV trailer or would you prefer a very large map with graphics that we had with San Andreas?
I would actualy take the larger map over the graphics just because I like to explore.

me personally i would take greater detail in graphics...i like to immerse myself into a game and what helps with that is graphics. If i can see stubble on a persons face (like in GEARS) then i'm hooked.... _________________________________________________________ http://www.myspace.com/discardedtelepathy <--my music, please let me know what you think...

A question on a website:
Kobe Asks: I heard that you can’t fly in Liberty City anymore. What is up with that?! Flying is one of my favorite parts of this series!
This is incorrect. There are no airplanes in the game, but flying is still there. One means of this is the helicopter.
