Im normally over at xbox-hq but have just got my hands on a 360 today.
Its an arcade console i got for £50

on the PSU it states :
200-240v~2.7A
12V - 16.5A

on the console it says :
12V - 14.2A
MFR Date : 2008 - 10 - 17

It has HDMI and under system settings it has 451MB of memory

any clue as to what motherboard i have ?

Thanks.

Might want to get a second opinion on this but it sounds like the Jasper board due to the on board mem.

Your input on the back of the console should look like the pic below, but if not the power listing on your console is telling me its a falcon.

If the power plug in matches the pic you have a jasper and if not then its a falcon.

Cheers for the reply Wes, it looks exactly like the pic.
It was bought from Game, probably refurbished by them hence the odd case and PSU.

Nice deal Hobbs, i like the second guide better since a pile of the 360s out there are referb with a case that wont match the board.

You wouldn't think it would be a problem but by this thread you can see it is and case markings can cause you to misdiagnose your board. Rolling Eyes

Thanks GameStop. Evil or Very Mad Very Happy

Aye, thanks for the links Hobbs, as Wes mentions the second guides better, mine seems to be an oddball, the onboard PSU connector confirms what i have.
