If your looking for some easy achievements check out Terminator Salvation.. I Would suggest just renting it from your local video/game store, You get 80Pts per level on easy mode and only need to finish the game on hard to get the full 1000 pts..
Also I have heard you can play with more than 1 player to get these achievement and you pretty much have infinite grenades.

I did see the co-op feature but i have yet to try it out..
