I do not know what the deal is with the mods at the callofduty.com forums. Both the cod4 and cod5 guys.
back when cod4 first came out I was broke, I was a good contributer to the forums, but now the game was out and I could not afford it, I put up a post there stating if anyone got an extra copy, got burned out on it ect That I had several newer games I would trade for it if anyone was interested, In return I got banned from the forums, What dicks!
So last night I was on the cod5 forums and brought up a new problem in the game, there is a glitch where you can team kill all you want and not loose points or get kicked from the game, people are going crazy and ruining the hard core games now.
I stated I was going to boycott buying the new maps untill after the glitch was fixed, I was very polite about it and stated I am not calling for a boycott or anything like that, just that with the glitch i will not be playing the game much and feel like I would be wasting my cash on maps I would not be using if glitch remained. I also stated that I dont hold anything against the makers of the game and that so far they have been doing a fantastic job of fixing glitches.
So what happened, They delete my post, Those disrespectful bastards!
By the way, did you know you can no longer deploy bipods in the game? It seems that there was a glitch that would happen sometimes where your gun would stick to the ground and actualy clone itself, anyway instead of fixing the glitch guess what they did? They disabled the bipods all together! WTF?, they disable the bipods, take out the tanks, allow teamkilling with no kick now, they also mentioned months ago that they knew there is a problem with no spawn safety and were going to fix this and still nothing. This is not the same game I purchased. I like the game but they keep taking stuff out and allowing more and more of the negative stuff.
The programmers seem to now want to do the easiest quick fix to any problem, remove it dont fix it. I just feel like the whole cod franchise has no respect for its bread and butter, the customers. If it gets any worse I dont think I will be purchasing any future cod games.
anyway just venting, Thinking about starting a gamers union, stop letting these asses ignoring us and to protect gamers from stuff like being wrongly banned from xbox live and issues like that. Im not big on unions but hey, thats what gets their attention, knowing that if they screw the wrong gamer they will have many to deal with.

That suck man. As a gamer who purchased the game, you have a right to point these things out to the developers. When you think about it, how many people would be thinking the same thing but haven't said anything.
The developers shouldn't ban you or delete your posts, they should think "hey, this guy has taken the time to point this stuff out. Maybe we should do something"

I agree guys. As an admin here, I vow to never delete anyone's post without a damn good reason. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Every game will have glitches and the COD team has been great about fixing them so far. They could be doing a lot better but their not. What can you do about it except complain?
