I just got an XBOX 360 and of course I'm hooked on Gears of War 2 at the moment.

I have a question for other XBOX 360 owners though. I haven't ever played a strategy games on a Xbox 360, even though that is my favorite type of video game.

One of my favorite computer games was Command & Conquer. When I was buying Gears of War 2, I noticed that there is now a Command and Conquer game for the XBOX360.

Does anyone have any experience with the Command and Conquer game on XBOX360? Or any other strategy games (for the XBOX360)?
I also noticed that Halo Wars is a strategy game and the guy at the game place in our mall suggested I try it when it comes out.

The only one I have played on the 360 is civilization revolution. That game is really fun and I'd advise you to get it.

Other than that game I haven't bothered. Most of those types of games are better on the computer so I don't bother.

I have played civilization revoultion and its really good but not as in depth as the pc version. I think it works that way though because you can finish a game in under 2 hours which works.

I played C&C3 (not kanes wrath, or red alert 3) but it had really solid controls and would like to try it again. I think kanes wrath and red alert expand on those controls so I think it would be good.

Halo Wars is also supposed to have a very slick control scheme so that would be a good one to check out too.

Best Regards,

welcome willard46, its good to have you here.

i play gears2 CONSTANTLY and if you ever need somone to team up with just add me. i enjoy playing all the gametypes so it doesn't matter which one. I'm trying to get my seriously so i just play till i can't anymore.

i would like to get into some strategy games. i used to fawn over the Age Of Empires games so i wouldn't mind getting into the strategy genre. If you find a great game i'll pick it up and play with you just let me know which one.

i'm a gamerscore whore, at least i just turned into one. I want to break 50k by the end of the year...YEAH RIGHT!!!!

ht me up.

yeah boi, im a massive c and c fan, i got c and c 3 tiberium wars and have to say its an awesome game, imho, there are a few minor problems i have to admit, like its very easy to max out the amount of troops u can have, a lot of the missions are quite hard but once u know the trick they can be easy, if u choose the right tactics, im yet to play the red alert or the expansion to c and c 3 tiberium wars - kanes wrath but will definately be getting them at some point. the graphics arent perfect on tiberium wars, and most the timne u wish u could zoom out more but its a good solid game took me a good long while to complete it on hard with ribbons and still havent done the nod and additional scrin missions on hard. it can be a bit pannickity with where u can place buildings, and u can even block urself of, but i would definately reccomend it.
