How do i acquire the patch for Mercenaries 2, I wanted to use the cheats since I have beaten the game. It say I have to have the latest updata from like October. I don't have xbox live.

Got to have gold to get it bro, if you have not been kicked from live i can give you a 48 hour pass so you can get it as long as you help me with one achievement in that 48 hours.

Yes, you would need to connect to xbox live to get the Mercenaries 2 update. A gold or silver account can get the update. If your xbox has been banned then your out of luck.

When he said patch I assumed he meant Title update which all xbox live members have access to Confused

Yeah its not really a patch, but a add-on with gold content.
