Contact Microsoft and they'll help you out, I belive that for scratched discs they give you Perfect Dark Zero (not a refund, replacement)

Good luck! Might be a faulty drive if all games ae slow at booting.

did u move ur 360 while it was powerd on ?? like from horozano to verticle?? that is the reason the game got scratch....

affected loading times? never heard of that . yes those doctor things dont work like s**t u need to go to holly wood or game crazy.. cuz they have tehse high tech scratch remover system...

its also avabile for public and its about the same amount of dr skip ....

BUT UTIMTALY u call ms regarding the loading..

as for the game go to the store and say it wont work ... that u want a refund , then they are going to say we cannot do a refund but we can do an exchange... well that is what u want ... so that is a good ideal...

thanks ive fired an email off to MS right now. i didnt tilt the 360 from horizontal to vertical because i knew that scratched the disks, ive heard about these hi-tech scratch remover things there at my local rental shop but if ive tried disk dr will it still work?, and i dont think ill get a refund becase the Disk DR screws up the shiney look at the bottom of the disk im hoping MS sends me out a new cod2, i think its my 360 thats the problem because my madden 06 and condemned all have circular scratches on them. and about the loading time it usually takes twice as long as when i first got my 360 and sometimes the games dont load first time and come up with the same screen which is "please insert this disk into a 360 console" thansk guys any other suggestions?
P.S i will post a video or some pics if anyone need to see it

i dunno never tryed removing the outer coat when its alrdy dr skip ....

dude just try to exchange it ... dont say exchange it cuz it gets u no where.. just tell them like i mentioned and u should have a new sealed game within no time.. Razz

Tell me about it! Rolling Eyes Sounds more like a DVD drive fault. Is that picture the fault when inserted into Xbox?

Well....The Xbox can read it. So.....Seems more and more like a firmware/hardware fault on dvd drive itself. Wait and see what M$ say.
