hi all nice to see you all again thanks for all your input on my latest query about xbox from lik sang or uk.....
well guess what got one arrived today from a real useful site which tracks stock of the 360 per minute so you can see which store as them in minute by minute for all in uk its
any ho now i got it it looks great got my ftp cable but the question i have is i see you have a file system on the dash for storing music and movies just want to know if i can hook the box up to my puter trans mp3 files across and vid files across and play them off the hdd?

HI man
If you have an XP computer you can stream images and music. Thats basically it. Unless I missed something. You do not store them on the 360 drive buy play them directly from the computer. It works this way for the Ipod, USB drives and such.
Now my understanding is that with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 you can do more like waited TV and Video. It may be possible to store songs and such on the 360 with M XP MCE2005 but I can not say for sure as my XP Media Center Edition is older and does not work at all.
