This happened to me and my cousin on the first level of the game. It was great fun while it lasted, and we did a little exploring. Eventually I jumped down this waterfall, and he followed and the death barrier killed us. I don't know how to reproduce it, i hope you guys know how you ended up in there... Good screenshots, by the way.

OK....Its on sierra 117 under the pelicans that get hit....but as mentioned...watch out for the waterfall.......
