For the moment yes, but that could change at any time. Who knows when Microsoft will start banning accounts for modding, we don't even know if they can detect the changes, much less if they are recording people for a mass ban at a later time. The general consensus is that you do it at your own risk and you accept the ban if/when it may happen. _________________________________________________________
