Reserve this spot to post later...I am making ribs atm and I need to pay attention to them
But its a great game, lots of variable options for take downs...
I will say using the map, b/c its a live action map that tracks everyone, can get you on someone's suspicious meter really quick if you don't do it in an out of the way place.
Graphics are 1st gen next gen, they are awesome graphics, but some things are left to be desired.
The achievements aren't that hard, you will get them in the course of completing it on on all difficulties, i am still personally on Normal mode just feeling my way trhough but have several achievements.
I will post more later. _________________________________________________________ XBOX v1.6

I agree with what shortacid said about the gfx, they are good in HD but I think if viewed on a normal TV the game would not be a giant leap in terms of gfx. But having said that it still does look damn good.
The gameplays really good too, this is my first Hitman game so i'm not sure how it compares to the other titles. But the many varied and different routes/kills and weapons make it such an addictive game. And the fact you can use to scenery to such great effect to 'Whack' someone is bloody great.
And you just have to laugh at the 'Panty sniffing' scene in one of the levels, which i'll leave unnamed for those that have not played Hitman yet. Its wrong, but funny.
I've gone through on Normal and i'm on my way through on Expert which does become a little tricky, not least because you only get 3 saves (not a major issue) but the fact you cannot see enemies on your live map anymore.
The achievements are actually quite fun to get and there are several hidden achievements thrown in for good measure.
The need to perfect all the levels is insane once you have completed the game through on Normal, personally i think its more frustrating and addictive the second time around.
I would have to give it a thumbs up. The only downside to the game is the fact you might actually forget you have a wife and kids and leave them to fend for themselves for the next 2 weeks.
Same there is no Multiplayer tho.. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

I love it!!!! The way you can discard the bodies, controls and views are excellent. Gameplay is also excellent, for those of you who suck at aiming like me, it has an auto targeting feature and blood galore.
The maps really help in missions, so you can see where youre targets and exits are. Accidental deaths are something that you can use to your advantage
The best part of all is that you ALWAYS make the frontpage of the newspaper. Finally I'm famous.
Damn, I think I'll go play it again. Hobbs, it's worth it.

Ahh, not if your a sneaky little shit and get the 'Ghost' rating for the levels.
The cold shoulder you get when you go to bed at about 1am when you told your wife you'd be up in a minute at 10? _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

No problem forahobby.
I'm always careful about running out and buying new games, I always rent first especially if the games out on the Xbox Orig. Last thing I want is some cheap import from the Orig Xbox.
Battlefield II springs to mind.. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

I should add there are a few bugs in this game, one of them will get on your nerves...
The first one is, that on 2 of the levels you are unable to retrieve the gun you have hidden in a tool box etc.. The main level this effects you on is A New Life. Never put your gun in the caterers box thingy otherwise you will not only loose the use of the weapon but get stung with a $5k penalty at the end of the level. For the life of me i cannot remember the other level this bug effects.
The second and most annoying bug is the Lift bug. This one drives me crazy, the programmers did not do a good job of collision detection or placement in the lifts. The problem is trying to get the lifts to move to the desired floor.
It seems completely random when the option appears on your A button. Sometimes you can face the middle of the doors and it lets you move the lift, other times you have to be facing the back of the lift for it to appear. Never has it appeared when i have faced the lift buttons.
For the most part you can avoid this bug, but on A Dance with the Devil you almost have no choice but to use the lifts quite a lot. All I can say to you is good luck and I hope you never have to use the lifts when being chased otherwise you will surely be gunned down..
Here is hoping a bug fix will be released. It should also be noted this is on the PAL version of the game. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

No problem hobbs. Even for its few bugs I would have to say that its worth the cash, but rent/borrow it first just in case.
I tell you what I don't like about the game, the damn civi's that grab a gun laying on the floor and start pumping you full of lead when you least expect it... Little tossers, it just means I have to go on a lead fuelled gunning spree through the entire level when that happens.. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1
