Well by looking at your gamercard Dkoot, i can tell your not firmware modded, i can also tell you dont have a jtag, because you would have so much more points and even our own tracker here on HQ would also show up that in the reports.
I think they are more after the guys making profit from it, they were sold everywhere, including forums, ebay etc etc, even i thought they were legit till i did a little research.
if it was me and i didnt create the codes i wouldnt be worried, you have been sold a clone and how were you to know. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

Yeah, I'm using you're basic 360 S. She's so beautiful, I wouldn't dare change her in any way. Thanks for the info gentlemen.
On a side note, i still have my broken 360 I was posting about help for. If I can ever get it working again somehow, I was going to go for some sort of mod. Still need help with it though. I'm lost. Sorry for the run-on. _________________________________________________________

If you need a hand just post up your thread/topic and we will do our best to hook you up with the right info.. Scarface can be pretty handy on skype, and so can a few others like myself.
We have alot of the downloads and info on the site already so browse about the homebrew, tutorial and downloads area and learn more:
M$ doesnt mess around on stuff like this if their intention was to treat it the same as a modded 360, we would have seen mass bannings all around. Obviously they have no intention of nailing anyone but confirmed sellers, if they can even get that. If you bought stuff with them I wouldnt worry it, Im sure they will follow the same policy as they have for years with bootlegs of their products. If you have unused ones that you are positive came from this little scam, cover your ass, phone M$ and say "I bought these points on Ebay but then I saw the story about bogus points and just wanted to check and make sure I didnt get ripped off" Worst case scenario they say those points are no good, best case they say youre a victim and they intend to honour those points. Dont sweat this unless you are one of the people who was distributing the points in which case if caught you'll be looking at counterfeit, fraud, possesion of stolen property, sale of stolen property, and possibly larceny depending on how high the value on this is. Then theres the civil side which if the rulings against music downloaders is any indication will leave you in debt the rest of your life.

Thanks for the reassurance Jbrizzel. With that being said, I might want to purchase another package if you still have them. I'll send you a PM or Skype message. _________________________________________________________

Still makes no sense of why you would sell 160 MS points for $1 unless you were getting them for free. _________________________________________________________
