Below is an example of a good combination of equipment and weapons, you will see the proper use of a Ballistic Knife and Flash bang combination to humiliate an opponent..
Ya, I have one class set up with tactical mask pro so flash has no effect on me, I then have 3 flash bangs and scavenger, i use this on free for all on nuke town, I go negative but I flash the hell out of everyone. I like getting one guy alone like that, and keep him flashed as long as possible before killing him. I would love to have an entire team with this set up and we do nothing but flash the hell out of the other team for an entire round

Ya, that would be cool, I can slow the game down quite a bit all by myself with this flash fest, I cant imagine what having several guys doing this would be like, I bet there would be a lot of frustration leading to people backing out lol
