What are your thoughts on Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend. I just downloaded and played the demo and i'm not too sure what to make of it, seen as demos are always s**t compared to the real deal.

I thought it would be ok.. Ive only played the first level because DJB brought it over.. I hear its short but its still fairly nice.
I didnt mind level 1.. lol.. Ill let you know more when DJB loans it too me.
Also, rs6_n2o is playing tomb raider now.. You could ask him.. Hopefully he will see this topic.

rs6_n2o was saying to me that he thought it was nice.
I've only really done the first level too (been too obsesssed with UNO lol), but I will say that it's really really nice. The graphics are flawless, and any old tomb raider fan would love to see lara in next-gen.

its a good gamefly title... we beat it in a week or so and sent it back.
pretty fun most of the time, targeting only sucks at really inopportune moments. the camera spends more time looking at her a$$ instead of whats in front of her, but i cant exactly say thats a problem... _________________________________________________________ .

I agree with that.. I only played the first stage and i noticed it too.. lol

I thought it played pretty well; I certainly liked the interactive cut scenes. But the motor bike sections are boring and the landscape clearly repeats itself.
Overall I thought it was the easiest Tomb Raider i've played, which is a bad thing as I found it far too quick to complete. There is none of these 'Hit the wrong switch' and you have to restart the level bits anymore.
But having said that my mate is struggling with it.
Looks good, plays well but ultimately fails due to the very Arcade style of play its changed into. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

yea i rented in from blockbuster and i thought it was pretty good. the demo sucked. after that mission the game gets a lot better. the only problem i have is that i have 1 last reward in her mansion but its not there. some stupid glitch. but overall i say the game is pretty sweet _________________________________________________________ XBOX
