Ah nice turn around, I had meant he = sharky, not he=pirrup But good save and turn around to defend youself, anways back on topic, let us know how this goes, and whatever you do don't go on live with the firmware, and we'll let you know if an update comes out, you might want to create another profile and try to see if it bans you, you can move your existing profile over to a mem unit, therefore it should only ban your 360 at most, you put the profile on the new 360 and it would look like you sold it and someone else modded it. _________________________________________________________

yea i will create a new live account when i get my new xbox360
untill then i won't go on live , and the hacked xbox is still in original dash (no updates on it so it can run the kiosk disc also)

see thats the thing about costco , theirs no warrnty they check... i opend up my first gen 360 and returned it for cash and i bearly re bought a new working one with same amount, before they make those dumb smaller processors...

Im sure not all Costcos are the same, you see, misleading info about these certain things can lead to a bunch of people coming to you and royaly ticked at you because you said that one store doesnt check. You cant be doing that, thats one store out of hundreds of thousands of stores, In North America.
Think about it If everyone started to return opened xbox 360's Microsoft will stop that in a heartbeat. Costco to Microsoft is a drop in the bucket. _________________________________________________________
