Oh the joy of using a real double-kick again, starting to get a bruise on my lower right leg again from the beaters lol.
I'd say its because i have the beaters very loose, but this is how I prefer them to be set (for easier fast double-kicking).

All good now, I've adjusted where the beaters sit again and now its pretty much perfect. I've got them set so good all you have to do is tap them lol.

OK, yet another update on my drumkit.
Today I won an auction for a Roland TD-3 Drum Module.
This will now let me use my drumkit as a proper Electric Drumkit (where I can plug it into a PA or Amplifer and make noise with it hehe).
As far as I know I should be able to hook up all my cables to the TD-3, then just use a MIDI cable to go to my GHWT Drum Module.
Will post some pictures of the kit once I recieved it and hopefully be able to mount it to the frame.

very very nice, congrats on finally getting it man.. It's been a while in the making but your drumkit is going to be kick ass! Cheers for sharing. Hopefully when you start setting up the MIDI stuff you can do a basic tutorial on how to configure for Guitar Hero Drums and Rock Band.
I think i have already added a tutorail on the PORTS to use for MIDI etc.. Just search the tutorials area for MIDI. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

I'll still have to look into a Rock Band MIDI Pro Adapter so I can play the Pro Drums on RB3, but thats all good coz I want to hook up my Casio Keyboard.
I'll be basically setting up 2 user drum kits, one for GH and one for RB. I have the MIDI notes for both setups. Been posting on the V-Drums (Roland) forums to do some research.
There's also a way to use the TD3 to play the actual drum sounds instead of using what comes with GH / RB, so I'll look into that in the future too.
