Hey guys, finally changed out my led's from blue to red.. I must say the red led's flow better with my red 360 case compared to the blue.. I even did an extra mod along the process, if you notice in the dvd tray there is a red glow to it right?? You guessed it, I added a string of 6 12v smd led's under the dvd cover, what's nice is that the led strip has plenty of clearance from touching the discs while they spin. Let me know what you guys think? I'm pretty sure 3mm or 5mm led's are out of the question in this tight of an area but with some modding to the led's who knows?? The space between the disc and the DVD tray is around 1/4 inch or so... So if I f**ck my dvd drive I'll know what happened..

These led's are smd led strips, all you have to do is solder the wires to the copper contacts on the strips then find a 12v source on the 360 motherboard to power them. You could also get an led board and wire them that way with the right resistor. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3
