Man the DC kicked ass
I still to this day reckon they had better graphics than a PS2.
If you see one cheap, get it.
They are still making games for them (not many but hey that's dedication) _________________________________________________________ Mattster
I have only known one person in real life that has owned a Dreamcast. Wasn't very popular around here. _________________________________________________________

Heck yeah the graphics totally kicked PS2's butt! Just fire up a dreamcast with soul calibur in it and that is proof right there. I mean any game where you can see the wind blowing through the fighters hair when they stand still and then the actual fighting part was beautiful and perfect. Dreamcast would have sold alot better if Sega had marketed it better. It was only because of poor advertising that the Dreamcast didnt stay around because the games were truly amazing and way better then ps2 or xbox as far as playability and graphics were concerned. That is just my opinion though. _________________________________________________________

i have to say rebel ur totally right, ive long studied the various console wars, snes vs genesis - too close to call really both had ample advertising, n64 vs psone vs sega saturn - psone had most advertising, n64 had fanbase and some advertising, sega had 1 advert but some of the best rpg's ever, shining force 3 ne1? panzer dragoon saga? Dragonforce (not the band!!). and again dreamcast vs ps2, ps2 had more advertising.
Its not always the most advanced or best looking console, sony having tons of money really stole the limelight for a few gens, and this gen has demonstrated that even tho the ps3 may be the so-called most powerful with bluray, the wii is by far more popular!
