yoshi1 yea its refurbish but what isnt??? i mean refurnbish means diffrent parts but just cuz they make it and put it on a new box doesnt mean that is not like that u know??? so in teachanly doesnt matter...

I was just stating that since I sent mine away with the plastic still on everything (dvd drive, IR ports) and it came back with scratches in the back and what not but at least it plays...not the best cosmetically but I can play cod2 now...later. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.6

No since I really didnt care too much since I just wanted to play my xbox and its not like they would really do anything....they would probably just say tough luck and go from there....I mean they arent going to be like alright send it back and we will give you a brand new one with stickers and everything on it......oh well...later _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.6

Well I suppose. I would hate having my 360 away so I would take it back in any working state.

just recieved a phone call from MS tonight they told be that i will be getting my old 360 back with a new dvd drive in it, they told me that it if i wanted i could get a refurbished 360 back instead of mine because i would recieve it earlier but they warned me that some might not bt in mint condition like mine so i just told them ill wait on my one back. hopefully it should be by monday or tuesday fingers crossed.
