I have DSL, the speed is suppose to be 500 kbps, but the DL speed is mid-low 200's. I have Cat 5e...idk if the little e means anything?? I have a lynksys, but i dont think that matters really because even if i plug my 360 directly into my modem its still bad...i called the company today so we'll see if they do anything..would it help if i use shorter cords or anything?
200 kbps is really low dude, even 500 is low for download. My download goes at about 1300 kbps and my upload is about 154 kbps. _________________________________________________________

Ya, localy we have 4 speeds available for dsl high speed, the lowest available speed is like 700kbs, thats the budget dsl. so if you are only getting 200, you need to check with your IP and ask whats up.

I just found a much better speed test site with no downloading of anything, and you can test your uplaod / download speed from your location to anywhere in the world, also you can look up the avg speeds anywhere in the world, It states Belgium ISP provider (SKYNET BELGIUM)can provide a download speed of just over 188MBS, yes 188 megabites per second! and 186mbs up, I thought 50mbs in japan was the shit. and here I am with 1.4mbs, the freekin stone age,
Anyway here is the site It even shows you what your ping is in ms from your location to servers anywhere in the world.
