I was putting in a blaster 360 and when I reassembled it the power wouldnt go on. I checked it thoroughly. I tried a freinds cord no luck. I looked in the back of the system and it seems as though when i took off the intercooler it messed up the power jack the prongs inside dont look proper and it looks like it has some kind of waxy build up i cleaned it out carefully and then noticed that the prongs arent right.
I am not good at doing this and wondered if anyone of the admins or anyone with the time would be willing to help me fix this system. I also screwed up the blaster when i took it out thinking that it might be the problem and one of the connectors broke. One that attaches from the inside through the side to the blaster itself. Is there anyone here that can help me? I am also willing to pay shipping time and effort and any other costs (within reason) to have it flased while being fixed.
If anyone can please let me know, if not I guess it will be awhile until I play hyper fighting again. Or get to play Halo 3 for that matter.
Thanks everyone for hearing me out. _________________________________________________________ X-box 360 Premium (7-11-06)

Thanks Nikon, yeah it was the intercooler, i believe that the prongs inside of the consoles power source is the problem, OUt of the 12 that should be there, (2 in each) the ones in the middle only have 1 on each side, I believe either they are couted with the plastic for the intercooler or may have broken out when I removed it. I will let you know what happens, and thank you so much for the quick response. _________________________________________________________ X-box 360 Premium (7-11-06)

Do you have a camera that you can take pictures with. I'd like to see exactly what your talking about. I have dead mobos here that I could snag a power plug from and solder onto yours if thats what needs to be done.
But you might be able to fix it on your end if I get some pictures to look at.
