Just wondering.. if a system has the Red Ring of Death... does anything show up on a screen? And if something is suppose to show up, i have a friends xbox who gets the RROD but nothing shows up on the tv screen.. could something else be wrong with it besides a hardware failure?

When mine did it it showed nothing on the screen it the ring on my console just went red

there is many codes and that for the 3 rlod here is a link to the forum on here that we have u can follow many steps they did.
