Thanks, I just ordered it and it's only going to cost me $20 out-of-pocket with the refund I get from Llamma. They have a back-order on it, but hopefully it won't be to long.

Thanks agian for helping me with this, I can always count on 360-HQ to pull me out of a hole!!!! Cool
Thanks,endless. I owe you one!

Yeah, I definatlly want to do that so I don't mess this MoBo up to with overheating! That would really suck! Hit me up.

I bought a new 360 MoBo from consolextras.com, I removed the old MB, and put the new MB in. When you replace the MoBo, you need the dvd key from the new MB's dvd drive, right? (something about being married?) I was wondering how to get the new dvd key, to my dvd drive, or what is the process. Do I just do a firmware change on the drive?
I haven't heard from them yet, (about the dvd key), but I want to make sure I get all the info from them I need.
So.........what do you think? I will fix this damn thing!!!!

ya im not a expert but im sure u need the key from that mobo so that u can use it with your old dvd drive. cus like u said the mobo and dvd drive are married just like the old xboxs the harddrive was married to the mobo.

Let me know next time when your looking for stuff like this i can get way better deals for you. I know somone that has a whole premium right now for 175+15shipped comes with everything hd cords controller all that good stuff. Hes geting rid of it cus he just got a ps3. I would get it but i have 4 360s right now and bills to pay lmao. Good luck on the fix bud.
