getting one next week and they seem a lot more complicated than the normal xbox

will all this upgrading software and downloading patches

whats it all for? and i see people selling updates and software on discs on ebay Confused

im getting very confused! lol

The 360 is really not very complicated cawood. You only need to plug it in and switch on the start gaming.

Software updates are related to specific games that may need a bug fix or even extra content (which may cost you money). As regards the updates for the 360 itself they sort themselves out when you first connect to the net using your 360.

But if your not going to have a Live account or not interested in playing online the 360 is just like having the old Xbox, switch on and play. Smile

(just remember those new controllers do not bounce as well as the old controllers. Mine went across the room twice today..) Wink

I seem to throw my controller more when i play Gears on insane, and your right it doesn't bounce well at all.. Laughing

Very Happy UNO does it for me elusiv, no idea why. But that (now spare controller) has more UNO damage on it that any other game. Razz
